The Cardio Challenge happens in February as part of Heart Health Month
The Cardio Challenge is designed to increase the amount you exercise every week. Prize raffles will be available for completing your exercise log and achieving the weekly goal.
There are 4 Weekly Goals to meet during the Cardio Challenge
150 Minutes of Cardiovascular Exercise
Each week increases the amount of exercise you get, until you reach the ultimate goal of 150 minutes
Join us for Walking Wednesdays at the Nisbet Lobby Entrance.
Walks will start at 7:45 am and 12:15 pm, and last 20 minutes.
Everyone who joins in will receive double credit for the minutes!
