What does it cost?

  • This program is FREE to all Team Members

What do I have to do?

  • Each week you will log your weight, attend a lunch and learn (or watch the recorded webinar), and participate in a Weekly Challenge.  For every item you complete, you receive entry into a prize raffle.
    • You will receive an email every Monday during the challenge with details of the Challenge, instructions to log your information from the previous week, and prize winners.
    • You can also log your weight and challenge participation with the Holiday Challenge Tracking Log
      • Be sure to turn your log in to Employee Health each week.

Did you say prizes?

  • YES!  There will be weekly prize raffles for completing the webinars and Weekly Challenges.  At the end of the holidays, there will be a prize raffle for everyone who is successful.
  • Everyone who is successful will also receive 100,000 steps for SELF CARES

What do you mean “Successful”?

  • If your weight is the same or less in January as it was in November, you are successful.

    Can you average 7 hours per night?
  • 11/27 – 12/3
  • Get your fruits and veggies!

    At least 5 servings per day

    Drink at least 64oz of water each day

  • (No) Sugar Drinks Challenge

    No sugar in your drink this week
