L1: For beginners or those learning new exercise skills. L2: For intermediate and advanced participants with a basic knowledge of fitness skills and terms. Modifications, variations and some teaching of patterns and combinations are provided. L3: Classes designed to physically challenge the regular exerciser. All: Beginner to advanced participants welcome. Intensity is determined by the participant with guidance from the instructor.
